Attach a personal check, money order (payable to GEF Summer School) or receipt of a credit card payment (if paid online through GEF Summer School website, below)  with student’s name noted on payment.

Students not currently enrolled in Glendale Unified School District may enroll in GEF Summer School. However, they do need to fill out the Non-GUSD form and the Student Enrollment form.  Please note the identification items required by these forms. (Students who have attended GEF Summer School in the last 2 years need not fill out these forms, unless current high school of attendance is different.) Please bring both these forms, along with the Student Registration form and payment, to the GEF Summer School office, 223 N. Jackson St. Room 110, Glendale, CA 91206.  An appointment is necessary, so please call 818-247-0466.
